Lou used all perfume free and sensitive skin friendly products. This is standard practice there. Intelligent conversation and professional. The wax was almost painless, Instead of pulling the wax strip without holding that bit of the skin, Lou holds large parts (thus respecting your privacy and making the process less painful)
