Lou was very friendly and professional.
She made me feel at ease straight away, as it was the first time I had used Emma Street Beauty. The facility is clean and relaxing. A fan was on in the room, which was welcomed as it was a rather humid day.
I was given time to get myself ready for my treatment and when Lou was going to start, she explained the procedure and how it was going to be carried out.
Lou was quick and efficient. Before I knew it, it was all over.

Emma is an outstanding professional! I visit the salon 3 times per year for the last 2 years and I always choose the ‘Dermalogica’ Facial (1 hour). It is an amazing skin treatment and the products are ideal for every skin type and condition. Emma has a solid knowledge of skincare and she is happy to offer advice and to explain you all about your daily skincare routine. I have tried lots of places in London and this is my favourite. Highly recommended.
