I visited this place a few weeks ago, I was quite apprehensive as I don’t like changing my salons. I was greeted by sweety who was absolutely amazing, the service she gave was beyond professional and amazing. Will definitely be visiting again to get my treatments from sweety. Thank you ☺️
I got waxed at Emma’s beauty as a black woman and to put it simply it was a horrible experience. Upon getting told their opinion on my vagina and hair type I was also made feel as though I’m stupid when I’m not. I opted in for the full Brazilian, leg, underarm and belly wax and it was the worst wax job I’ve ever experienced. I got blamed for the wax breaking and her inability to take all the hair off when anyone with ability to see ( mind you I’m short sighted) could see massive patches that I repeatedly had to point out that she hadn’t waxed off. I expect if I’m paying for a service the full service is provided but instead got told as though I’m slow that full grown hairs are ingrowns and refused to wax over the hairs ( which was a lot of I waxed areas) that she couldn’t because she doesn’t want to wax over the same area numerous times despite me saying it was fine as I want all the hair off. Long story short I’ve left absolutely fed up of prompting her to wax off hairs that anyone could see and will not return. My advice as a black woman; don’t get waxed here. You will leave lying for a clearly unfinished job and be made feeling as though it’s your fault and as though your crazy. Do not recommend as someone who gets waxed very regularly.
Been in this place many times. last month went in there for my eyebrows I was sitting being taking care off when the employee stoped and started talking to her colleague in there own language witch is already very unprofessional, I had to call her attention because I had to go to work, they laughed, witch I didn't like made me feel very uncomfortable.
Today I was willing to give they another change
There was 2 employees, 1 was busy with a lady and the other at the till on the mobile phone witch told me to sit down, so I did. After a few minutes, I sat and ask her if she was coming, witch she reply to me would be with me in a short time because she was doing something important on her phone I stood and left. Appealing avoid avoid avoid
