I'm very disappointed with this Salon. I did not enjoy my time there.
I was given one price at the outset and then charged three times what I expected. They did not explain their services. They did not give me a price list. They completely took advantage... They added extra ££'s to my service without telling me. The person doing my waxing and threading chatted over me the entire time, as if I wasn't there. She pushed my face and head around as if I actually wasn't in my body and I wouldn't notice. I really should have left at three beginning instead of enduring such a bad experience. I will never go there again. I will never recommend anyone go there. The poor customer service is evident from the offset. Everyone needs re-training in customer service. They also need re-training in the prices of the products and how to help the customer get the best for their actual needs.
As I left I told them in no uncertain terms I was not happy with the entire experience and I would never come back.
Please I beg you all, do NOT go here. Right now I am suffering from severe cheffing,white heads and swelling. The therapist did not know what they were doing and was telling me they would not be removing all the hair for a Hollywood! They made me feel extremely uncomfortable telling me the place was closing and they were rushing despite me arriving at my appointment time. This whole experience has actually traumatised me!
