Went to get my eyebrows threaded for first time in 2 years, they came out looking very good. My eyes were streaming but I was given a tissue and she didn't make me feel embarrassed for it!

Great experience, felt very relaxed and at ease, lovely people that work there especially Sweetie 100% would recommend, Hollywood hot wax was great.

Store opened late, and despite having a booking for 9am, other walk in customers were seen to first. There was no explanation of why it was opened late or acknowledgement of people waiting. The place was clean, and my therapist was efficient. But I won't becoming back.
