Received a text 2hours before my appointment stating she was based at home today, told her I was already in town. She then continued to ignore all my messages when I asked for her address to attend the home appointment, left high and dry the night before a wedding!

Unfortunately less than an hour before my appointment I received a text from Emma informing me she wouldn’t be able to do my appointment as she was in Manchester training that day and there had been an error with Treatwell. I’m not sure where the fault with this lies but given my appointment was at 5pm for a wedding the next morning it left me with no other options sadly.
