This was my 1st appointment with Emma. 1st appointments can sometimes be a little awkward - as you get to know your new hairdresser and wonder if you'll 'click'. I needn't have worried - not only is she a great hairdresser who really understood my hair issues and addressed them, we chatted non-stop for an hour and a half, and Ileft feeling that I'd made a friend. That's a subtle skill.
