i have really awful dark staining left from permenant dye.when I called for a refund the hairdresser refused saying that it was normal for that to happen. I've been having my hair dyed for 13 years, both myself and professionally and never been left with stained skin like that. my neck, ears, forehead, entire hairline and throat are covered in dark marks. baby oil, cleanser and exfoliating has not removed it.
in addition, I was rushed through getting the dye rinsed off by a trainee as a different clients hair was burning and was left with dye still in my hair which was 'removed' with a spray bottle and towel.
I will not be returning.
