This was my first facial and Emma was amazing. It was really relaxing and refreshing. Afterwards, Emma took the time to talk me through a skincare routine and sent me a personalised spreadsheet with recommended products as I was completely clueless! Emma is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced but also really good at making me feel at ease. I'm looking forward to booking my next one soon.
