I just met Emma for the first time and she came over as a very pleasant, warm lady. My wax experience was one of the best I've ever had and I've been waxing for approx 30 years. I would fully recommend Emma as a therapist... she's a natural.

It was amazing although the waxing did hurt but she made sure I was comfortable and checked I was ok!the facial was so good I think I actually fell asleep right at the end!
