Emma was late to the appointment. Then, she cut the cuticle of my big toe too deep and made me bleed. The nails weren't cut evenly and she missed a few corners so I had to fix them at home. I also would have preferred it if she used a sterilising machine rather than some blue liquid to clean her tools. The nail polish colour was very sophisticated and natural but that's pretty much the only takeaway from this treatment. Sorry, but won't be coming back.
