We were on holiday in York and I took my teenage daughter in for a haircut. Emily was great, putting my daughter at ease and checking with her what she wanted and explaining what she was doing next. My daughter has ASD so it's really important for her to have this level of consideration. The haircut and blowdry were excellent, everyone went away happy. Thank you Emily!
