We were on holiday in York and I took my teenage daughter in for a haircut. Emily was great, putting my daughter at ease and checking with her what she wanted and explaining what she was doing next. My daughter has ASD so it's really important for her to have this level of consideration. The haircut and blowdry were excellent, everyone went away happy. Thank you Emily!

I had a wonderful appt with Emily as always, she worked with my very difficult calendar and got me an appt, listened to my wishes and concerns and gave me a great head of highlights and the exact haircut I wanted. I felt really empowered to ask for what I wanted and she made it happen. Always have lovely chats and Emily is so friendly and personable! Would 100% recommend.
