Matt was professional and made me feel so confortable. He didn’t mind to run out a bit longer to show me some exercises I could do to release the neck pain. I feel much better after the deep tissue massage.

During personal training workouts at P1 Fitness I was having mobility trouble with my shoulder & they recommended a session with Matt.
Matt took time to listen to my history, went through some tests of my range of motion & worked out a plan to help me increase my mobility.
The first session restored almost all of the movement in my shoulder, the “homework” factsheets helped me to keep working on it at home & his collaborative approach with my PT means my range of motion is increasing!
Absolutely amazing! I felt so much better, even after my first session! A fabulous Sports Therapist whose knowledge and expertise is exemplary, working out of a lovely treatment room within a luxurious facility, right in the city centre! Highly recommended!
Matt is a great Physio, offers pratical solutions when your not having treatment ie exercises that will help, definatley one of the best i've seen and seen quite a lot over my time due to an injury whilst in the Armed forces.
