Therapist was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. I did enjoy her work. However overall experience is ruined by the room where treatment was carried out. It is in the corner of the gym. So my relaxing treatment was accompanied by banging music and chatting of staff. Also it was very cold and no blanket was available, only towels. It would have been helpful to know Chinese therapy is carried out with clothes on. Luckily I was wearing comfy, but others might come unprepared. It's a shame such a good specialist works in such an unsuitable environment.
