The salon looked amazing and the staff were friendly, but I was disappointed with hygiene and contamination/infection risk. No gloves or masks were worn at any time, and the scrub pot was handled with bare hands. Tools were only sprayed briefly with what I hope to have been alcohol, which didn’t seem fully hygienic. My nail surface looked smooth mostly, but the shaping wasn’t great and bits of cuticle were left. Lovely people, but hygiene/safety and attention to detail need improvement.

I had a great experience with Azi, she was lovely.
Greeted me with a smile, made sure I was comfortable & did a great job.
The appointment was also very efficient too! Done in under 30 mins!
