The interaction with tooran was not welcoming, she is arrogant. And this was my first time here never again. No interaction whatsoever when waxing and seems to be rushing wax and not knowing much of what she’s doing. One advice I would give is leave the grumpy face at home and learn to smile. It makes a lot of a difference when making new customers.
