Fantastic appointment as always with Tooran. She is a very skilled nail technician, very professional, friendly and very good at making a customer feel at ease during Covid-19. I regularly rebook for both nails and lashes as she is just excellent. 👏

Tooran was very nice and friendly. Manicure was very quick and discovered a new nail shape that I really like. The only slight negative is the room was tiny but I don’t think that’s Toorans decision or fault, I think she’s in a box room because of the covid. I think it would be more comfortable for her and the client if she could be back out on the floor.
The manicure lasted a few days (normal polish) so that was good. Slightly tacky nails x3 when I left and took about 30 minutes to dry outside

I wouldn't recommend this Salon. Really poor customer service. The therapist barely spoke to me, and when she did it felt as though I was being told off like a small child. The space could be so much better utilized, and if it was cleaned it would make a huge difference. The therapist seemed to get agitated when I wasn't sure what I wanted- I understand that this could be frustrating but I'm not a nail expert and am not sure of how things will look and what different shapes look best.
