My appointment was delayed 20mins. I had booked for mani pedi and ended up doing only mani as I did not have time. The first manicurist shaped my nails completely wrong. Then a second manicurist took over who was much faster. No base coat was used… At least I only paid 10£, otherwise I am completely disappointed.

Great service as always from Emerald! First time getting brow lamination here and I will definitely be back. The team are so welcoming and have great attention to detail. I’m so happy with my brows. I’ve been here a few times now for nail and eyelash treatments and will definitely keep coming back
