Tech did not speak to anyone in the store unless it regarded payment. Additionally, my thumb nails are slightly shorter than the rest of my fingers leaving my nails a little wonky looking. The technician caused my cuticle to bleed after sanding into it, she did not acknowledge nor apologise for this despite it being obvious. Rather uncomfortable atmosphere with dubious cleanliness..
