Love my gel nails by Anna. I showed her a design I liked and it was no problem to her. She was really quick, efficient and friendly. I’d highly recommend going there.

Initially this rating was added in error and I was going to ask for it to be removed until I experienced extreme rudeness from the owner. I’d a lovely appointment with Mari & would rate her as 5 star. My nails were short & she transformed them. However I experienced extreme rudeness from the owner Tooran. True my nails were short, true I called after a week but this was because I had been on holiday and one nail did not last 24 hrs. True Tooran fixed it for free but free doesn’t always = good unfortunately and I had offered to pay. All the other 8 nails have lasted absolutely fine. It’s a strange way to do business to message a customer you’ve known for years telling them never to come back to your salon again because of a 3 star rating. Be careful behind the smiles, loves & honeys is a irrational temper.

Wax was not very thorough and was really rough compared to other places I have been in Glasgow. The beautician got my hair caught in the wax strips and rushed the whole appointment. It also wasn’t as clean as alternative places in the west end. At least the price was good.
