I was asked to take a seat to wait, nobody spoke to me and then I got a call from the salon about my apt whilst waiting. I was then asked what I was in for, I was waxed instead of threaded and the job wasn't very good. I also got a tint which I'm not happy with. More tint was added and I was asked to wash it off at home myself. Two different people attended to me as it seemed the first didn't know what she was doing and the other came to 'tidy' the job. Very disappointed.
