I had a really terrible customer service experience here so would absolutely not recommend that anyone goes. I will be honest that my lashes looked fine but it’s the first and only time ever that I have left a salon and burst into tears because of how rude the staff were - won’t be back.

As always, a quick, informal & friendly service! My only gripe is that my last three appointments have been rescheduled to a later time, despite me selecting an exact time I needed. My selected person (Tooran) was not in the salon on one occassion despite me including a note that I would like to book an appointment with her (I was advised to do so in the salon). Would appreciate a text/email asking if any changes suit me. 🙂
