She ruined my eyebrows and didn’t offer the least of ‘sorry’ she just said oh okay. I don’t understand how can someone dare to change someone’s eyebrows drastically and not offer a sincere apology or try and fix it. She shortened my eyebrows which to this date no one has ever done. She does this without asking, and my instructions were clear to just clean up. Idk why she went so deep into shaping it I should say misshaping it. WORST. Be alert!!!
