As always, a quick, informal & friendly service! My only gripe is that my last three appointments have been rescheduled to a later time, despite me selecting an exact time I needed. My selected person (Tooran) was not in the salon on one occassion despite me including a note that I would like to book an appointment with her (I was advised to do so in the salon). Would appreciate a text/email asking if any changes suit me. 🙂

The wax was cold, she then put a heater between my legs to try heat the wax. I had two therapists in the room who didn’t communicate with me but spoke to each other very clearly discussing me in a different language. What would normally be a 10 minute process took 25 minutes. My daughter who was waiting for me then told me then left the room and it was clear they were laughing about the debacle. Was extremely disappointed and did not feel very nice after the incident. Not the best experience.
