Really professional and obviously know what they’re doing. BIAB extensions super strong and lasted a whole month. Shellac chips more easily but still great to look at!

It was good. The salon was clean and well-kept. Could do with improvement of cleanliness in the wax rooms but overall pretty good, they seemed a bit short staffed
