The nail technician used an electric filer and has clearly over filed them. She kept going to the point of pain where I could feel that my nails were burning hot. I now have red patches on my nail bed and my nails feel very thin and weak.

I had a disappointing experience at Emerald during a spa pedicure. A product used caused a painful skin burn, requiring further care. When I raised concerns, the staff seemed unprepared and repeatedly refused to disclose the product name, citing language barriers. Their lack of transparency and training in handling chemical products is alarming. I do not recommend this salon, as their response to safety issues was unprofessional and inadequate.
