I have been going to Emel for over 7 years for a number of different treatments and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Emel is sonprofessionally and put me at ease, she always explains everything and what what I love most is she will tell me when I don’t need something doing so I know it’s not about money, she genuinely cares about what she does and wants you to look your best whilst always keeping you look natural.

A well explained treatment, no rush, altogether very positive. My few times here and as I travel long way to get there, that’s say something. Emel is very professional and so lovely. Definitely be back for my botox.

Emel’s customer service and attitude was horrible. My initial appointment had been cancelled and rescheduled due to her double booking me. This was a major inconvenience and loss for me so I had asked if she had any earlier appointments or if I could get a discount. This is when she began to get aggressive and rude on the phone saying ‘Give me your bank details. If you don’t listen or understand me, I can’t do your treatment’ bear in mind I’m a new client. Not very happy. Bossy and controlling.
