Treatment felt rushed, room quite cramped and no privacy to change (door opens onto the only space you can change in). Wax got too hot so therapist was blowing on the area wax was applied to so it cooled down - thought that was a bit too intimate! Not all wax was removed leaving residue on legs and bikini bottoms. Therapist started a vigorous leg massage without consent which was actually painful, she stopped immediately when I winced with pain. OK for what I needed, unlikely to return sadly.
