Rudina holds a Master’s degree in Osteopathy (First Class Honours) from Swansea University and practises at an advanced musculoskeletal level. She has extensive experience managing complex MSK conditions, neurological presentations, persistent pain, and age-related functional decline, and has been recognised for her outstanding contribution to the Osteopathic Community. Her approach is patient-centred, evidence-based, and grounded in a holistic osteopathic framework. She conducts thorough assessments—including detailed case histories, orthopaedic testing, neurological screening, and clinical reasoning—to deliver personalised diagnoses and treatment plans. Rudina has a particular interest in spinal pathologies, headaches including migraines, and women’s health. She combines hands-on osteopathic treatment with tailored rehabilitation and movement strategies to support long-term outcomes and empower patients in their recovery. She is committed to ongoing professional development and maintaining the highest standards of safe, ethical, and effective care. Conditions that I treat are: Migraines and headaches -Spinal pathologies affecting the neck, mid-back, and lower back, including age-related changes, joint irritation, and - chronic low back pain -Sciatica -Upper limb conditions, including shoulder pathologies (rotator cuff injuries, frozen shoulder) and elbow conditions (lateral epicondylitis and medial epicondylitis) -Sports injuries, including ligament sprains and muscle strains -Lower limb conditions, including hip and knee injuries (hip flexor injuries, hamstring and quadriceps strains) -Pre- and post-operative rehabilitation, including hip and knee replacements -Pregnancy-related osteopathic management.
