Beautiful tranquil space with excellent therapists. Every treatment I have had at Embody Wellness has been excellent, without exception. Therapists are all very friendly and knowledgeable, staff overall are warm and welcoming every time. Highly recommend.
Very nice environment at the Embody Wellness clinic in Gabriel Wharf, great products and treatment, professional, relaxing and good space
It was the first time I visited Embody Wellness center. The venue is well located, easy to find. The center is very new - so very clean... It was my second pre-natal yoga course as I have tried it somewhere else the day before but wanted to try this one which is closer to my home...I did not fully enjoy the pre-natal yoga session. The size of the room was great - around 10/12 people but next to the room there was a session for another course and it was quite noisy, the room light was too aggressive for my taste and I was not in a good condition to relax... I was expecting something about emotional birthing preparation and birth stories, subdued light, candles etc... but did not get this experience... I wouldn't go again and wouldn't recommend it...
Ok - so I've given this tip-top everything. That's because it was... I liked the decor and vibe on the way in - all very lovely, and obviously pretty new, nice quality stuff (i loved the coffee table?!), but really just massively relaxed at the same time. Then I liked how nice the staff were - friendly but just there, not remotely in your face. And most of all, I liked my massage. The lady who did it was from portugal, and she explained all about lymphatic drainage to me (I'd never tried it before, and I'm incredibly curious), but also why it interested her, and why she liked working for a place like this rather than for the sort of 'beauty' establishment which pushes minor cosmetic surgery at clients and is all about the sales. we ended up talking about portuguese food, drink and culture, and i came home with recommendations of fado tracks to you-tube. that may not be everyone's cup of tea, but i was as happy as could be - in the capable, expert hands of my marvellous masseuse, who i think would inspire anyone with confidence - and gratitude. thank you for looking after me so well!
I thought this place was great. Friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere, lovely tea! The lunchtime yoga class was short and snappy providing a chance to both flex and relax. My lymphatic drainage was interesting and the practitioner was knowledgable and friendly.
