I didn't know what to expect from the therapy after reading about myo fascial treatments. Brian was a very welcoming and professional therapist and did very thorough diagnostics. I had a very stiff neck and upper back and they were significantly released after the treatment: The centre is lovely and very relaxing. I would highly recommend to anyone suffering from back pain!
