Neene always manages to transform my incredibly fair but full eyebrows into soft shaped tinted brows with a lovely arch framing my eyes beautifully. Always a lovely and warm atmosphere and Neene makes the uncomfortable comfortable! Wouldn't trust my brows to anyone else.
