Greeted me at the gate and took me through to the treatment room. The treatment room was very calming and relaxed. Neena was very softly spoken and put me at ease. Unfortunitly i was quite tearful as i had just lost my mum, but neena made sure i was ok and my indian head massage was lovely. I have already booked another.
