I was kept waiting nearly 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment.
Therapies was thorough but flustered and was a little sloppy.
I would book again but perhaps call in advance to ensure that they are running on time. I feel they were under staffed and this I think is the reason they had me and others waiting.
