Arrived on time but was seen by another person and not the one I was told would see me.. she did a great job . Only annoying thing was there were refurbishment going on so a lot of hammering and drilling. It was clean and ambience was good...the staff were friendly and I would definitely go back.

As always I received superb service from Timi and the manicurist but it was perishingly cold in there. The one radiator I saw and tested had a large podiatrist's chair rammed up against it so there was little or no heat coming out.
I could wear my coat for the manicurist session but not to have my hair washed, cut and blow dried.
