My nails are very uneven, the colour was not the colour I chose on the swatches and when I realised it was too late to change. There was a mix up because I paid on the treat well app which is annoying as they have clearly set it up so should be a problem if a customer chooses to pay this way. I won’t be returning

Ladies at this salon are amazing, I think the Brazilian blow dry was more of a keratin straightening treatment, so leaves hair flat, but still looks nice.

Really unprofessional place where the staff openly talk badly about other clients in front of you. You expect basic hygiene when having any kind of beauty treatment and I witnessed one lady sneezing all over her hands while doing someone's nails and didn't even bother wiping or washing her hands before carrying on. Overbooked clients and badly organised. Would avoid at all costs.

My appointment was at 9.05 The salon was still not opened at 9.30. Very disappointing as I booked it for blow dry for an event. I ended up being late and not looking like I wanted. I would say they ruined my day. They need to do more organised in the future. Even the one star is too much as I did not even get to go in salon in the first place.
