Loved the nails. Bhumi did a really good job. Leg waxing was quick. And eyebrow threading was good as well. Professional staff and friendly environment. Recommend.

I arrived with time to spare for my appointment and was quickly by the sink having my hair washed. However, the person who started my treatment clearly had no training, because she was digging at my scalp with her nails and it was not an enjoyable experience. When Farida took over, it was much better. The products they used smelt like cleaning products, and didn’t make my hair feel great, but the stylist, although quiet, was very nice. She cut my hair the way I wanted, but it was slightly uneven. I feel like I got what I paid for, but didn’t actually receive the Treatwell discount listed on here. They seemed too busy and not many staff, so I didn’t argue and left quickly.

Great staff and waxing done very well. Only thing I would say is that she was not focused on me and kept worrying about who had come in and the price etc. This was constant. The other staff should be trained on prices and nail colors available so they don’t have to keep asking each other. I always use this place as the staff are very good.
