unfortunately they didn't have the dye colour i normally would use but the lady found something similar and although i was paranoid as it looked purple it looked similar once dried so relieved. the eyebrow threading was a little painful but nicely shaped.

Angela was a very nice lady. I appreciate she took quite a bit of time on my hair but I have a couple of qualms with the treatment itself. Unfortunately after the wash, I was left with a wet and cold back. Secondly, the cut was a bit shorter than what I wanted and when I asked for a curly blow dry, I got curls of different thicknesses and size so wasn’t too pleased about that. However, she did amend it the best she could afterwards. Overall I appreciate the time given and how nice Angela was.

Arrived 5 mins late but was seen straightaway .was there for root colour. Farida showed me colour chart and I said I'd like lighter shade and she picked a suitable colour. Applied it. I then waited . Another person washed and dried my hair. Overall I was happy. My o e issue us why she doesn't divide my hair with hair grips and then apply the color. Reason is thete was a very slight patch which was left out.
