This is the second time I have been here and via Treatwell app and each time they don’t acknowledge my booking / I need to reiterate what I have booked. It is soon sorted out but it’s a hassle I could do without.
I booked a waxing session and the beautician didn’t seem to do a great job with missed strands around. The Hot wax treatment was done to the minimum As oppose to the first time I went.
Staff was very friendly though and the place was pleasant. I would probably try one more time because it’s a convenient location but would not have the same technician.
