Thought a full body exfoliation would be as such, full body. It only includes back and arms. For £40 for 30 mins would have been cheaper else where. The therapist did a great job of what she did. It just was not what I have had previously when booking.

The wax ripped some of my skin, which can still be seen almost 4 weeks later. The pedicure involved almost no scrubbing of the hard skin.

There was only 2 staff there and my gel nails were rushed and done so messily. Lumpy and all round the edges. Definitely will not be going back!

I booked my appointment on line the night before my visit. Very convenient. I arrived and was acknowledged as I came into the salon and my appointment was on time. I have fine hair and this was washed and cut really well. It was the style I’d requested, with advice on certain aspect from the stylist to get the best look with my hair. I have short straight hair, and if the cut is not perfect it looks terrible. I was very pleased with the cutting skills of the stylist.
