Alaa gave me a warm welcome when I arrived. He then listened to my wishes carefully and provided a tailored solution to my needs. While he was giving me a haircut we got to know each other and I found out that he is a very interesting and fun person to talk to. Probably the best haircut I had in London so far. Well done!
