Fantastic job by Christina. Taken in on time, she was polite and friendly, I got my eyebrows waxed and eyelashes lifted and tinted. I have had my eyelashes lifted and tinted at a lot of places but this was the best. Fantastic lift, opens my eyes completely and no stinging at all. Eyebrows and lashes look fab! Thank you!

I was late for my appointment (just over 10 minutes) - which I admit was my own fault due to delays incurred whilst driving back from Perth. I visit ET very regularly and received an extremely frosty reception and no alternative or flexibility was offered. Simply a “we cannot do it.” Given the difficulty to get an appointment at this time of year - this was extremely disappointing, I lost the appointment and my money. This was not the way to treat any customer, especially since I use this salon very regularly.
