Struggled with this review a bit - I'd have picked 3.5 stars if an option
The good ... nice therapist, very knowledgable and great facial
The not so good ... the therapist was super chatty, i enjoyed her chat but on reflection I wasn't relaxed as my head was buzzing so I didn't really get that lovely feeling of relaxation and having a 'treat' I was desperate for
Overall I'd go back as treatment was good but maybe just for its benefits not to relax
