Used Essential Therapy for few years now, was slightly disappointed with a bikini wax, but may have been communication error but wasn't very impressed with it.

My therapist was very chatty which was quite nice and makes the time go fast but some people may not like that so much. Wax was relatively painless however I did have to tidy a bit with tweezers when I got home because it wasn't symmetrical. Salon is nice, rooms are good size and location is great. *only had bikini wax - could only post review by giving star review to other treatments too
