The wax was quick and relatively painless. There is a surcharge for hot wax which they didn’t tell me about beforehand the first time.

The manicure and eyebrow threading were of good quality. However the Indian Head massage and customer service were below expectations this visit. The massage did not cover neck and shoulders, and the scalp massage movements felt more like shampooing of hair than scalp massage. Compared to other massages I have had, this was of low quality. The lady who did my nails was very good at manicures, however she was also the receptionist and was helping new customers during my manicure, which was subsequently interrupted multiple times. At one point she said she would need to stop my manicure and send me to massage, but she changed her mind. The massage area was not private and a staff member walked in during my massage, and as there was no door the noise from upstairs was clearly audible. When I went to the threading station, the lady who helped me took two minutes to finish a personal call while I was already seated, and even though I had paid for all the treatments via the Treatwell app prior to the appointment, I was asked to stay and the total bill was re-calculated. All with all this did not leave a very professional impression on me.
