The esthetician asked me if she could take a phone call in the meantime she was doing my waxing. I said yes because I thought it was something urgent & quick. But she was chatting on the phone during the whole time that she waxed one of my legs. She left patches of hair on that leg. Not cool. Also, I had to wait to be attended because they were overbooked.
