Awful experience! I’ve been coming here for 8 years but will never return. Michael (with glasses) was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. He refused to let my sister change her treatment even though the salon was empty, then argued with me instead of working. He sat on his phone the whole time! The service has gone downhill and the atmosphere is terrible. Avoid this place at all costs!
