My appointment didn't start on time. I was there for 1.5 hours, rather than 1 hour. The nail technician was friendly, although all staff were rushing between appointments, and sometimes doing multiple people at once, which isn't nice. The background music and videos weren't pleasant.

Wax to hot, I still have redness area on my arms after 3 days. Also the lady is nuce but defenetely too chatty, no stop really.

The mani & pedi was great. The staff is really friendly and professional. The only remark was that it took an hour for the mani & pedi to be done and then 1 more hour for it to dry. It was just a standard polish, so I'm not sure if that's normal for it to dry that long (under the machine) but I've never waited so long in other salons.
