Lovely staff, exactly on time without any issues. The mani-pedi were very relaxing and service as expected. I would have loved a little bit better shape for the manicure. And the shop could have been a bit cleaner in general.

Like the other reviews say, Shami is fantastic. it really should be called the "Shami salon"
especially for waxing she's so gentle, reassuring and chatty to take your mind off it. And really thorough.
